Quebec is officially under curfew from January 9 to February 8, 2021.
Under curfew rule, police have the power to stop and question anybody outdoors without a valid reaspon between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m.
Those who do not comply with the new rule could face fines of between $1,000 to $6,000.
