Everton Brown, 56, was shot and killed by police after setting his home on fire and killing three of his neighbors. It was not clear what led to the shooting on the residential area in Baltimore. Police body camera footage shows officers shooting at a man who was standing in front of his burning house shooting his neighbors.
The tree victims were identified as Sara Alacote, 36; Sagar Ghimire, 24; and Ismael Quintanilla, 41.
