Jasmine Hartin, a partner of billionaire Lord Michael Ashcroft’s son Andrew, admitted to accidentally shooting police superintendent Henry Jemmott, a father of five, behind his ear with his Glock semi-automatic pistol while giving him a massage.
Hartin was reportedly found by local security at a pier in San Pedro, pacing around with blood on her arms and clothing, as Jemmott’s body floated nearby.
